New Moon Healing Gong Bath & Meditation with Kuma San- Cafe Rene – Cellar Bar

Join us for a night you will not forget. An evening of healing, harmony and inner peace.
Candlelight, sound vibrations that will uplift the spirit and still the mind and a meditation to guide you into a beautiful harmonious and spiritual place within. Our ancestors have long known that sound is healing, from the earliest drum to the voice, to the rattle made from a seed pod and on this night you get to experience pure sound healing.
The body is made up of vibrations and due to stress, health issues and general life challenges we can go out of balance and this can cause discord within. Sound healing helps restore the natural flow of vibrations through focused sound. Studies have also been shown that sound can impact brainwaves thus assisting in the healing process. Gong baths have also been known to relieve headaches and migraines, physical injuries and other health ailments.

A gong bath is when you are bathed in gong sounds. It doesn’t involve water, but different frequencies of sound emitted by the gongs.
Kuma uses both gongs, her voice and may use other instruments which she will use intuitively on the evening.
The acoustics in the cellar bar are phenomenal for this kind of sound healing.
Kuma, an experienced sound healer who uses Gongs, rain-sticks, Tibetan singing bowls and her beautiful voice, will serenade you with frequencies that will bypass stress and feed your soul.
This is a full mind, body, spirit experience.

Entrance via cafe Rene bar to cellar bar via doorman.
Nibbles, tea & coffee will be available until 7.30pm
YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR INTEREST as spaces are limited
Chairs will be available, but you are welcome to bring cushions.
CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel please give us 48 hours notice so we can give your spot to someone else
DONATIONS : The event is free but all donations go to Kuma. Please give what you can.
