BRIGHT LIGHT Healing Taster Day

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION?
In-person healing will take place on a healing couch, you remain full clothed. I will place my hands gently on or off your body depending on what I am guided to do.
When your session begins you may feel any of the following:
– Warmth in your muscles and joints
– Cool energy in your muscles and joints (this sometimes happens when people have physical pain)
– Calming sensations coming over you, a feeling of being held by unseen, but loving hands
– Energising feelings if you were previously exhausted
– Your mental state may become a lot quieter
– Visually, you may, if you are open, see light, energy, symbols, whatever is uniquely needed by you
– You may feel your body shake slightly if energy is being released
My biggest recommendation is to stay open to anything and know that you will only receive what you need at the time, nothing more, nothing less.
OUTSIDE OF THE TASTER DAY
I also do one-on-one 1 hour sessions and distant healing. I’m happy to channel the healing at Cosmic Tree in Gloucester UK or if you have mobility issues due to stairs being at Cosmic Tree I can do healing at my home too.
Also, if you or someone you know is suffering from late stage cancer, Reiki is a very calming and soothing support and can help with the mental and physical trials that come at the end of life. I’ve personal experience of doing a lot of healing with someone who entered his end of life through cancer so I am at ease with whatever someone is going through and will be discreet and supportive.

I don’t drive, so if you are wanting me to do healing in your own home I would have to add travel costs to my hourly rate. Please contact me if you would like further information.
